This is a small DC air pump which works on12V, it is primarily used in aquariums and blood pressure machines. It pumps air through it nozzle and is extremely easy to use, on top of that it a very effective, low cost and extremely portable pump which promises sufficient results, it is often at times modified to use as a pump to fill air in tires, however this might take a lot of time. These pumps are often salvaged from old blood pressure machines. Please note that this pump can not be used for suction purposes and can only pump air.
How to use the pump?
This pump is extremely easy to use all we need to do is connect the terminals of the pump to a 12V DC supply. Please mind the wire colour coding when connecting positive and negative terminals. Connect +12V to Red Wire and Ground to the Black Wire.
This pump can also be used with a 12V battery.
Note: It is not a submersible Pump. So, you need to connect a pipe to the pump output and use it.
This simple mini air pump 12v also has a metal mounting that makes it easier to mount it on any surface using some screws that also reduce any unwanted vibration while run.
