Description
This is a 4S 10A LiFePO4 Lithium battery protection board, often known as a battery management system, for LiFePO4 batteries. This BMS is commonly used in making battery pack for EV and Solar application and also perform very well under extreme conditions. The temperature sensor is used to monitor battery temperature. Temperature is important because charging (of most lithium-based cells) is not permitted below freezing temperature and is usually above 45°C. The board's design is lightweight, making it simple to store and move. Overcharging and over-discharging protection, as well as short circuit and overcurrent protection, are all included on the board. This board may also be used to charge lithium batteries, as long as they are rechargeable. We can construct a battery pack with a voltage rating of up to 15V DC by combining 4 LiFePO4 electric cells with this BMS system.
