Description
An improved version of 2.5 and 2.6, the APM 2.8 Multi copter Flight Controller is for FPV RC Drones. The module includes the ability to use an external compass via a jumper, although the sensors are identical to those in the APM 2.6 flight controller. The APM 2.8 is therefore perfect for usage with rovers and multi-copters. Full open source autopilot functionality is provided by the APM 2.8 Multi copter Flight Controller. The most popular technology used to win the coveted Outback Challenge UAV competition is this one. The user is able to rotate any fixed, rotary-wing. Additionally, it makes any multirotor vehicle-including automobiles and boats-completely autonomous. In the meanwhile, it may carry out pre-programmed GPS missions with waypoints.
