Description
The MC14012B comprises dual 4-input NAND gates, built using a single monolithic structure that integrates P-Channel and N-Channel enhancement mode devices (known as Complementary MOS). These gates are primarily employed in applications requiring low power consumption and/or strong resistance to noise.
Features:
- Voltage Supply Range: Operates effectively within a range of 3.0 Vdc to 18 Vdc.
- Buffered Outputs: All outputs are buffered.
- Drive Capability: Can drive two Low-Power TTL loads or one Low-Power Schottky TTL load across the specified temperature range.
- Input Protection: Features double diode protection on all inputs.
- Pin Compatibility: Pin-to-pin replacements are available for corresponding CD4000 Series B Suffix devices.
