Description
A hyper-fast diode with soft recovery properties is the RHRP8120. It is silicon nitride passivated, an ion-implanted diode that has half recovery time compared to the ultrafast diode. Planar epitaxial construction. These components are designed to be used in various switching power supplies and other power-switching applications, such as freewheeling/clamping diodes and diodes.
